Wellness Coaching

It’s all about having a safe, genuine and nurturing place to come to in order to express yourself and work through what’s on your mind. Deeper healing happens from the inside out and understanding that life’s challenges are often rooted to past events is key to unraveling the mystery and freeing yourself to move forward. Gentle guidance, understanding and support will go a long way to help with healing, letting go and making changes. This coaching can also be done in conjunction with Intuitive Energy Healing, Reiki or EFT Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping. Distance coaching by phone or online is also an option!

What does it cost?

An Wellness Coaching / Intuitive Healing session is  $85 for one hour or $120 for a one and a half hours, or 4 one hours sessions: $80 each / 8 one hour sessions: $70 each.

Health and Nutrition Coaching

Are you feeling BLAH, have no energy, putting on a few extra pounds or have been newly diagnosed with a chronic condition? Learn about whole foods nutrition and how your body systems are connected to the power of food. Co-design a regime that works for you that is NOT a diet!

What does it cost?

An Health and Nutrition Coaching session is  $65 for one hour or $90 for a one and a half hours, or 4 one hours sessions: $55 each / 8 one hour sessions: $45 each.

These coaching services can also be taken through our Online Wellness Program!
